Hello, I’m Ilana!
I created Vocally Mindful to provide a safe space where singers and elite vocal professionals can cultivate vocal health, deepen their awareness, and become the most unique and best versions of themselves.
Through my own journey, I discovered the profound connection between vocal technique, mindfulness, and physical alignment. This discovery transformed not only my own performances but revealed a new path for teaching others.
In Vocally Mindful, I've created the supportive environment I wish I'd had during my own training—where technical excellence meets holistic wellness, where fears are acknowledged rather than suppressed, and where each unique voice is guided toward its truest expression.
